「This was a nice property, especially for the price. Nice area of the city and easy to get a taxi to the city center. Expedia says airport shuttle is included but just know it is not free, but is inexpensive (30sols or about 10us dollars). The staff were very helpful in getting the taxi set up how we. 」

「丁寧で親切な対応で快適に過ごすことができた。朝食の時間に遅れたが、きちんと対応してくれた。 24時間受付がいて、朝4:00開始のツアーでも対応してくれた。ただ、旧市街の中心地から距離があり、毎回歩くとさすがに疲れるのでタクシーが必要。近所に売店や食事するところがあり、ちょっと歩くがショッピングモールがあり便利」

「The host was extremely helpful from airport pickup to drop-off, and everything in between. She arranged activities for me during my stay, made coca tea for me on occasion to help combat my elevation sickness, and even arranged for an early breakfast before an early morning excursion. They stored my luggage for 24 hours when I traveled to Machu Picchu. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept in of all the hotels during my 3 weeks traveling through Peru. Will definitely stay here again next...

「This hotel and its staff go above and beyond for their guest! I loved my stay here thanks to Victor Ureta, his family, and his staff. They make enjoying Cusco, its food and culture, including its rich history so easy and accessible to tourist as well as having breakfast of your choosing ready in the morning for you! This really was such an amazing hotel, I would recommend this over any other hotel in Cusco!」

「The hotel provided a nice stay for our 1 night in Cusco. It was about a 15 minute walk to the city center which is where most of the restaurants and shopping are. Only issue, which was nothing the hotel could control, was a lot of local dogs barking during the night. 」

「Beautiful interior with lovely garden and lots of outdoor seating. All employees were friendly and professional. only downsides were 1) nowhere to securely store luggage after we checked out and 2) lots of noise starting around 4 am from staff cleaning and preparing for morning - only a problem because the windows are very old and sound travelled easily to wake us up」
