Our room was clean, roomy, and modem, and staff helpful and cordial. All good. But, the elevator was broken our entire stay which meant climbing 4 flights of marble stairs to leave and 4 more to return. We (76 and 79) had true difficulty with this situation.

Excellent location and staff. Everyone in the staff catered our transportation needs, accommodation and requests. Varied breakfast and walking distance to major attractions. 4 minutes away from Fontana di Trevi.

Great place and would stay there again. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was great. The staff and hotel managers were excellent. The location could not have been any better for getting around Rome to visit all of the wonderful places and restaurants

Location was in a perfect spot but the hotel is amazing and the staff was very friendly and went out of their way in every aspect. There is no doubt we will stay there again when we are in Rome.

This property is in a great location. Basically in the middle of everything. Most are in walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and stores near by. The owners/managers and staff were friendly and excellent and could not be any more accommodating. Spent five days there and will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely nice and so easy to work with. The breakfast was very good and the ladies at breakfast were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice cleaned for us daily. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place to stay in Rome
Absolutely brilliant place to stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was amazing, the location superb and the most amazing breakfast. Really could not have asked for anything better!

We stayed in one of the new rooms on the first floor which was done to an absolutely beautiful standard, very modern, comfortable and luxurious. The room had a mini fridge, safe box, kettle, air con, bidet and the best shower I've ever used with mist, waterfall and handheld head. The bed was huge and probably the best I've slept on in a hotel. Breakfast was a huge offering including pastries, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese and some cooked elements (eggs, aubergine and, for some reason, chicken nuggets) and somebody attentive was on hand to serve drinks/keep things stocked and tidy. Freshly pressed orange juice was a lovely treat! When we arrived, the lady on reception annotated a map and recommended some restaurants for us before guiding us to our room. Somebody was on hand if we needed help. Short 5 min walk from the Trevi fountain, maybe 10 mins to the Pantheon and slightly longer but still manageable to the Colosseum. Vatican city is walkable but the hotel recommended 5 stops on the Metro. If you enjoy weird art made ofdead monk skeletons, you're only 2 mins from the Capuchin Crypt. If we were to be fussy, & for the sake of a full review, the only 2 things that would've improved our stay was some natural daylight (sadly even with curtains open the window was overlooking a dark area with metal window bars - but in the middle of a city so expected) and the light switches were both numerous and confusing with the electricity card reader lit all night.

Old building but very modern accommodation. Absolutely spotless condition. Most rooms had views over adjacent street which I would have liked. However, ours had an outlook over a not particularly attractive courtyard. It didn’t really matter and the room was probably quieter than some others. Delightful staff. Good included breakfasts. Would return.

We verbleven er 3 nachten voor een citytrip. Zeer centraal gelegen, vriendeljk personeel. We haden een kamer aan de voorkant wat s´nachts wat lawaal gaf, maar niet extreem. Zeer propere en grote kamer met extra groot bed met kwalitatieve matras. Niks op aan te merken. Proficiat!

Ok hotel
this was an OK hotel. It doesn’t have a 24 hour desk so you should be aware of this. The person checking us in the day we arrived was in a rush to get out of there which was a bit off putting. They did help us with our luggage which was nice. The rooms were not overly tiny and the flooring and walls were quite beautiful. They seemed pretty clean. The breakfast was decent but nothing special however it is included in the price. It should also be noted that the hotel is in the low traffic area so you can only drive in there at certain times but the staff did provide clear directions on where you can park. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was not terrible.

The place is not a full service hotel. It is privately owned and manage by a family. It is so quaint and has an interesting Italian character. The service is good and breakfast is superb. Coffee was my favorite. Anything you like Capuccino. Latte. Flat White etc. The team were all friendly and courteous. Limited rooms only. Wifi cab still be improved. Arriving is kind of challenge because the place has no big sign outside. We needed to call. Lift is so small and sometimes we need to use stairs for 2nd or 3rd floor access. Overall, I love to comeback. Alfredo the owner is very kind. Angelica took care for all our needs too.
