The hotel location is excellent, and the staff was wonderful. Despite being in the center of the square, once you inside the room is very quiet and comfortable. The off site location for breakfast is the reason couldn't give it five stars.The restaurant staff was unpleasant to me.

Absolutely beautiful room. Modern and clean. The view from the Pantheon room was spectacular. The location is perfect, close to everything and near the main attractions. Lots of restaurants and stores. Taxi stop 50 meters away.The service from the staff (reception, porter) was awesome. I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and this one really impressed me. Highly recommend.

Generally very pleased with our stay. Staff very, very accommodating. Free happy hour a pleasant surprise. Wish I could give it a 4.5 but not an option and not really a 5. First 20 steps are tough with luggage. Security door does not always close on its own. Only a stairway to the street. But overall - very good accommodations.

Just stayed at Hotel Abruzzi for six nights. A perfectly placed location to be able to visit and walk anywhere in the old city. The staff is absolutely impeccable – especially Federico and Valentina at the front desk. I don’t need to help take our suitcases up the flight of stairs and down, they were always very courteous, attentive and polite. It is a definite must return to location on our list when we visit Rome next time
