We had the “junior suite” which was more a bedroom with an annex than a suite. Met our needs but if there had been more than two of us access to the bathroom would have been a problem. Breakfast isn’t in the actual hotel but in a restaurant down the road, which worked out fine but might not suit everyone. Having said that, those little idiosyncrasies added to its charm, and location is second to none!

The hotel location was conveniently in the pantheon piazza. We had a room in the annex building which was a little odd, but we knew to expect it from reading other reviews. The room itself was very nice and super clean but the location within a building also used for other purposes was definitely different. There was an office outside our room that had meetings going on throughout the day. Because we weren’t in the main building, when we went over there for assistance, they were reluctant to help until we could prove we were hotel guests. Then they were very helpful. Breakfast was in a restaurant nearby and it was pretty good. My daughter had an early tour and could not make the breakfast so they packed her a really nice meal to go. A nice service for sure. Would stay there again.

Couldn’t fault the staff, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and were better and more spacious than I expected. Breakfast was also lovely and the best part was the views from both sides overlooking the Pantheon and the fountain and the fact that you come out of the hotel and there’s so many restaurants and places to see all within walking distance

The hotel is in a great area right across from the Patheon. The room and the bathroom was a great size with a lot of space and very clean. The AC worked well. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. I was highly recommend.

This hotel was fabulous. Right next to the Pantheon with a great view from our room, which was remarkably quiet for such a central tourist location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served at a small cafe about 20 meters down the road and made for a great start to the day. We will certainly be back!

I booked this hotel from the images on Expedia it showed me views of the Pantheon. When I got there I opened the windows and had views of walls very close to the windows. I would not have paid this much for no view. When I explained to reception and showed them the photos I viewed he understood but offered nothing. Amazing position but do not be caught out with thinking you have a view. I would love to make this review higher stars but I felt you did not handle the customer service side at all.

Hotel close to main attractions like trevi fountain and pantheon. Our room was in a separate building down the street. It was fine, staff helped us there. Breakfast was also in a restaurant down the street. You got your choice of several breakfast options, which were fine.

The location is excellent—right at the Pantheon. It’s more of a boutique-style property rather than a full-service hotel. The so-called “annex building” is a room in the next building. The rooms are reasonably clean, with average size. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant and is quite basic—if there’s an extra charge, it’s not really worth it.
