Staff--amazing, helpful, friendly. Even if you don't normally care about hotel staff, you will leave thinking they are the best part of this place.
Room--excellent air conditioning; very clean every day; small-but-comfortable beds (we asked to have ours arranged as two twin beds); mini-fridge with free drinks; hot pot and necessary items to make tea; nice bathroom with small shower, but few toiletries (just soap and shower cap); free wifi that consistently worked well.
Breakfast--generous hours if you are a late riser, same everyday (mix of fruits, sliced meat & cheese, croissant, roll, yogurt, cereal, coffee/cappuccino, tea, juice) and already plated for your arrival to the breakfast room, a great time to interact with Julia and get questions answered.
Location--very safe area (and not just because you are next to a police station and US embassy, which is a safety bonus); quiet; close to a metro stop BUT it is currently closed for repairs (it is overdue to open, so this probably won't be an issue soon)
Other--since it is a small hotel, it is important to let them know when you will arrive on your first day. You will need to buzz in. We needed to call the hotel after buzzing because the one staff member on duty was busy setting up our room. They responded immediately. If someone exits and you can get in without the staff, turn to the LEFT, go up a few stairs to the elevator, and go to the 2nd floor to find the hotel.
