We used the covered outdoor seating area every afternoon to enjoy a bottle of wine and take in the SPECTACULAR view. 「The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.」

「Friendly staff. But the apartment was full of black mold in shower/bathroom. Floors were dusty and full of hair, bed sheets had stains of dried blood. Location was good though 」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant Casa Masi was incredible just make sure you reserve a table because they get busy. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely for our stay, the only thing I would say that was an inconvenience is that the bathroom in our apartment was downstairs from the master bedroom but other then that we will definitely be coming back here.」
