「Not as advertised. Phoned to arrange check in but no one spoke English. Finally got a customer to translate who advised to come at 5 to check in (half an hour later than advertised). When we arrived the bar and restaurant were closed. Only one member of staff there who could not speak English which was advertised on the site. The room was very basic with outdated decor. 「The hotel view was amazing, probably one of the best in Lecco. The rooms were clean and AC was good. However, there was a lot of rules we didn’t know about, for example we weren’t able to use any glasses or things from the kitchen, and the pool was only open between 10-12 and 16-20. Also, the hotel was very far up and the bus didn’t go that often, so the hotel is probably more suitable if you have a car.」
