「Everything was good in terms of convenience and easy to explore Marseille. The room is spacious and the kitchen has good cutlery and utensils for cooking. Only one negative is that for soundproof rooms as advertised on Expedia...I can hear the sounds of kids crying and running in the hallway and above me.」

「The hotel location is excellent with good equipment. However, the front desk was terrible. They could not provide the information we need. For example, I asked for the location of daily market and fea market, however, they did not know it. Moreover, I had sent many emails for the parking information before my trip. However, no email have been replied. Finally, it is found that there is the discount for parking, we have parked in other parking area with higher cost.」
