「Upon arrival our room was booked to someone else and there were no replacement. My family and I, after travelling all night had to sleep in the car. I would recommend going to a reputable branded hotel. It will be a bit pricey but at least your booking would be honored. Note this was a prepaid reservation and i was still met with disappointment on arrival. 「Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.」

「The TV and telephone didn’t work. Once they changed my room, I found out the television didn’t work and the iron was broken also. The furniture is outdated. 」

「The hotel was located in a very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms were very nicely appointed and they were very generous in size. My room was a tiny bit cold (quite reasonable being winter) and within minutes, a lovely heater had been brought in to keep me toasty warm! Staff were absolutely lovely to deal with and very obliging. Located in a safe and secure area with lots of amenities within a short distance. This hotel comes highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!」
