"This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice. Plenty of dining options around. The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!"

"A great location just a few yards from Accademia. The room, on the first floor of a multi -floor residence, is clean and quiet & the facilities adequate. There’s a pretty common room on the next floor with a refrigerator. There are other guest rooms on the top floors. Pros: for Venice, a good price. Cons: it was unseasonably warm in Venice so the room was stuffy, but when we opened the window, we were bothered by mosquitoes."
