「They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. 」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「The front desk manager was so sweet! My train from Chicago had gotten to Milwaukee way before check in time, and she was able to accommodate us and get us into a room way before 3pm! Loved the hotel staff and amenities, everyone is so nice & helpful. The hotel is beautiful btw. Will definitely come back and visit! 」
