「The place is a 1950’s motel experience on the Kings Bay with coffee and donuts as complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant and tiki bar attached which are very good and right on the water. Tour and dive boats are available to see the manatees in an area viewable from the Motel. It needs renovations, but the location is perfect for anything you want to do. 」
