「地理位置得好，在市中心，十分方便。 房間很大，也很整潔。 早餐送上房，服務很好。 景觀一流，看煙花一流。 但沒有電梯，以及要穿過餐廳入口才到酒店入口，每次出入都會被問食飯還是回酒店。 」

「在这酒店住了两个晚上，我很喜欢酒店里面安安静静的、房间宽敞，干干净净，早餐好吃、酒店地段好去哪里都方便，唯一的就是红纱窗帘不好看。」

「洗碗碟機壞，沒有暖氣，雖然回應電郵頗快但沒有什麼實際行動！但整體來說環境仍然可以，以此價格尚可考慮！接待處距離真正住宿地方不算近，為旅客帶來有點不便」

「Apartment was spotless, but it’s almost impossible to locate. You arrive at the location and there is ZERO signage to tell you which building it is. The doormen on the strip club next door saw me looking confused and they guided me in the right direction. Although Wenceslas square is pretty, within 5 minutes of leaving the apartment at 21:30 I was approached by 3 street hookers, and 2 men trying to sell drugs. Not ideal, but maybe it’s cause I was a male on his own. Emailed the host a couple...

「Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.」
