「The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. 」

「We were allowed to check-in a few hours early on our day of arrival. Having this option helped us to unload our luggage and familiarize ourselves with the room and facility so when we arrived back at the room at midnight all we had to do was walk in straight to our room and get to sleep. All of the staff during our stay were friendly and helpful when asked questions. Even though our visit was short, our time there was enjoyable. 」
