「I had an extended stay here to help out with a family member undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfy and mine was quite spacious, and the staff was friendly. I want to particularly shout out to the black girl who was at the front desk some evenings. She was so friendly! The only negative was that the breakfast could have been better, but it is standard for this class of hotel. I would have gone next door to its sister hotel, but the weather was not the best while...

「Didn’t get any kind of info about VIP access. The place is great just nothing close to eat unless you want fast food - yuck. But it’s very clean minus the toothpaste left in the sink. Was told parking while we were gone was less than price I was told during check in. 」

「As soon walking into the hotel strange smell not pleasant at all. Planning to stay and ask front desk to hold bag while waiting for check in. Leave backpacks on dirty room. Didn’t stay at all location. Outside someone throw up and hotel staff covered with white towels. 」

「Overall was a great stay, room was clean, close to Nashville, although room was a tad small, and you could occasionally hear other guests talking and their TVs, but that's not so much the hotel's fault. excellent for the price.」

「All of the staff were very polite and friendly. I am handicapped at the moment so they accommodated me wonderfully. The housekeepers did a wonderful job of making our beds and cleaning our rooms and emptying out the trash cans. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and I did not expect biscuits and gravy, but it was amazing! Had absolutely no issues; would definitely stay here again once we visit Nashville again! 」
