"The front desk woman that checked us in was not very friendly she did not greet us nor did she say much, she seem to not like her job very much because if you are in the hospitality business you should engage with the guests! Cleaning costs

"In the small print of the description of these apartments it states that a surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for cleaning costs. I find this unusual as cleaning is normally included in a set room price. If we had stayed at the House Neza for a week the cost spread over that period would be negligible. ..."
