「spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. 「Really like that it is so close to everything. Shops , Supermarket , cafes, restaurants, the Cable car, Queens wharf. The railway station is only a 12 min walk as is the Stadium. On the down side , I would like to see smart TVs that provide access to TVNZ Plus and Three Now. It is not necessary to have Netflix that would just be a plus. Also I found the lighting very dim and difficult for reading.」
