「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」

I noticed there is nothing hygienic. shower is very tiny, you can't take a shower properly without hitting the walls. a lot of things in the bathroom are rusted. shampoo bottle was empty. not enough towels available. no proper tea and coffee facilities, however the lady (owner) was very helpful and understanding and trying to make you happy. 」
