「Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. 「Wer die Kette kennt, weiß was man erwartet. Zwar kleines Zimmer, aber sauber und sehr gemütliche Betten. Die Dusche schön groß und warmes Zimmer. Parkplatz kostenlos und sehr freundliches Personal. 「We stayed a night at this charming hotel in the hills just outside of Strasbourg. The surroundings are peaceful and our stay offered us relaxation in a lovely hotel with attentive staff run by two sisters. The restaurant offers delicious, local cuisine, and there is also a small spa and pool. The staff are friendly and helpful, remembering details about our needs.
