Filthy. Trash piled up in overflowing trashcans. They brought us the rollaways for the kids and they were torn, worn-out and stained all over- there was a filthy green half filled pool. Furniture and floors were stained and unsanitary. Curtains had holes in them. We complained the toilet was leaking and no one came to repair. Horrible.

The rugs were really bad, the room smells really bad that we have to buy air fresheners to use, the vent in the bathrooms wasn’t working, front desk customer service was terrible, workers that was handling breakfast was very mean. I ask for a plate and he said there’s no more plates, turn around and left. I ended up using the bowl for my waffles. I ask to please wipe the tables because they were very dirty and he told me that it wasn’t his job and for me to do it myself. If there was wipes around I would’ve done it myself but the tables was really bad that a dry napkins wouldn’t clean it. He finally decided to come clean the tables and he only wiped it one time and said that was it. He was really mean. He then turned around and said if I don’t like it then leave. I was so disappointed at this worker. I asked for the General Managers number at the front desk and she gave me the number to the front desk. I was there from Sunday - Wednesday with two rooms and we never went back down for breakfast because of this treatment. I hope you can do something with your employees. They need to treat the customers with respect at all times.

The staff was distracted upon check in. The property is in horrible shape. The elevators especially. The parking lot has numerous trailers that seem permanently parked near the back, so you are constantly anxious about your vehicle being broken into. I will not be staying in a la quinta ever again. Not worth it.

alot of items were broken in this property. Limited doors to enter from ( other than the front door ). The only ice maker that was working was on the 3rd floor. Few items arent in the room. I had reserved 2 rooms for my family. 1 room had a ice bucket while other did not. 1 room had few towels while the other didnt... luckily this was just a 1 night stop to continue home from our trip.

The garden area was very pleasant. The elevator was small a nd could use some paint. The bathrooms med to be updated and there was only one small bar of soap. The hallways had a very stale odor . There were stacks of garbage bags overflowing in the B parking area.

Easy check-in. Convenient location. Friendly staff at front desk. Clean room and breakfast area. Things to improve: 1. Locks on the back and side doors were broken and propped open by stone, creating a safety concern. I reported this to staff. 2. toilet took a long time to flush 3. there was no switch for the bathroom exhaust fan

The room was dirty. The hall had a strong overwhemling odor of urine on the 2nd floor near the ice and vending machines. Our coffee maker was dirty and the bathroom was dirty. The beds looked like someone had walked on them before we checked in. Rumpled and dirty. The place was obviously understaffed and lacked service. Another client asked for clean towels at the front desk and the women at the counter said there were no clean towels available for two more days. Not exactly what we pay for in a hotel stay.

This was my first, and definitely my last, time staying at a La Quinta. I booked this hotel because of its 3-star rating, expecting a decent experience, especially after having a great stay at a nearby 2.5-star hotel last year. Unfortunately, this stay was filled with issues. The hotel is severely understaffed. No one came to clean our room or provide basic services you'd expect at even a budget hotel. The entire place feels old and poorly maintained, with popcorn ceilings, filthy carpets with visible stains. Our room also had a damp, musty smell, and we found a cockroach in the bathroom, which was the last straw. The pool was unusable because it was occupied by baby ducks, which, while cute, made the area unsanitary. There was also no public restroom on the first floor, so if you needed to use the bathroom, you had to return to your room. To make matters worse, our friends’ room had a leaking ceiling above the toilet, and toilet water was literally dripping on them while they used the bathroom. Completely unacceptable. Even the small details reflected poor quality, like the shampoo and conditioner, which came in tiny bottles that barely lasted one use. There were no lockers or secure storage, and overall, the amenities were far below expectations. I could go on, but the bottom line is, don’t stay here. Do yourself a favor and book the hotel next door, it’s worth it.

Elevator rail missing, holes in the wall, paint chipped, bathtub dirty, room rug was stained badly and filthy, leftover starbucks stir stick from previous guest. I have stayed at other La Quinta hotels before. This one was terrible. Won't stay at La Quinta again.

Ground floor patio door wouldn't lock, mechanism visibly broken (don't maids check?) No maintenance person was on site, so someone was called in and eventually it was fixed (no other rooms available). After 9 hours of driving it was not what I hoped for. I wanted to relax and swim, oops, poor out of order! Children in bathing suits everywhere looking sad and wanting to swim on their vacay. Slider door was also filthy. Toilet seat broken, wobbly. Ice machine on ground floor out of order Not enough staff- only staff was one overworked receptionist (nice young women), no maintenance or security on site. This was on a packed holiday weekend. My room was noisy, children running in hall and squealing until 11:30. I know hotels can't control everything, but no security to monitor anything. The room next door had a couple with 4 or 5 kids in it, noisy as heck. Not returning to La Quinta.

The food was ok but just dumped in containers that just made it look like a prison cafe...the dining area was small and clusterd...I had to eat in my room. I came back to my room and my key card didn't work, I went to the lobby and they apologized for disabling my card. But then asked me to act as a "security" so they could kick someone out of their room. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe.
