「The place was very nice. Location was very convient. Walk to the lifts. Hot tubs on side were nice. Only one elevator was working. Room was clean and well kept. There is no fan in the bathroom, need to open windows/door to control heat which is a little high, so the air gets a bit dry. 」

「Great place in the perfect River Run location. Highly recommend if you are looking for a convenient, fun, and private place to stay in the heart of Keystone. Room to spread out, a good kitchen set up, and close to everything. We have stayed here twice in July and can get pretty warm in the summer months. There is no AC and it would be great if there was a fan in the room. We ran to Lowes in Silverthorn to pick one up and were good to go once we got the air moving. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent, offering different options every day. Coffee and free water were available all the time, which was a nice touch. The hotel is in a prime location, with everything close by—snow activities, the beautiful and vibrant River Run area, and more.
