「Bed linen and pillow cases seem not clean. We stayed consecutive 3 nights. The towels were not changed for 2 nights. On the 3rd day, we met the housekeeping staff and asked him to change towels. He answered that he only changed towels for rooms that had been checked out and informed us to go to the reception at the main building 200m away from the annex building where we lived. Apparently he was changing towels and nothing else」

「Room is very clean & spacious, bed is comfy, staffs are nice. Dinner buffet got lots of choices but quite pricey, which is Iceland standard. 」

「One word: Spectacular! This hotel is mot 5 stars it is 10stars. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, front desk the best and the restaurant is exquisite. The property offers stargazing with an astronomer and I had the opportunity to learn about the Northern Lights and see Jupiter thru the telescope. This stay was perfect!! 」

「Got TV in the room, but can't watch ordinary TV channel, have to use your own mobile device to connect, so not to bother, just use your own mobile straight away. No kettle in the room, so have to get hot water from restaurant, staffs are very hepful for that. Lastly, got bugs bite on ankle!」

「Nice hotel. About 15 minutes drive from Vik. Nothing else around the hotel so quiet. The room was large with a good view. It was very expensive however, and not as ‘value for money’ as some of the other places we stayed on our trip. 」
