「Very nice relaxing stay..」

「This is truly a hidden gem located in Tucson. I liked that this hotel is gated and requires an entry code to enter the premises after hours. The rooms were immaculately clean. The staff were polite, especially Adriana and Angelina who worked the front desk. Also Lexi and Ann, who both worked the bar, were friendly as well. Kudos to HR for hiring such professional, warm, and inviting people to represent their establishment. I will be visiting this hotel again when I return to Tucson.」

「Hacienda Del Sol is absolutely gorgeous..the rooms, lobby, exquisite tile designs, The Grill, the views! Amazing!!! The staff are all fantastic, too!!! In the morning we enjoyed a complimentary session of Healing Sounds/yoga (singing bowls). We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!」

「Property was beautiful but the housekeeping staff caring for the room was poor. In the second day was not restocked coffee, etc tissues and lotion. Had to call the front desk to ask to be restocked. They didn’t remove the dirty glasses or trash left out daily and didn’t service our room until after 4pm due to towels not in stock. One evening we got back to get ready for dinner out around 430pm and our room had not been cleaned or changed. We had to get ready quickly and they never came...

「What an incredibly beautiful place! I am a local from Tucson and I was still impressed! The service was absolutely excellent on a par with a 5 star hotel. They have a gorgeous pool and hot tub both indoor and outdoor. We did a guided mountain bike ride and a guided horseback sunset walk and both were really fun. You really get the horse ranch experience with all the activities they offer. Our room was located in the original ranch building and was a bit small. The nature center there is...
