"This hotel is an excellent stay for travelers for work or pleasure. The staff is exceptional, always willing to assist in any way. The rooms and space have a historic feel, however the accommodations are very comfortable and in the center of it all if you want to stay in midtown. Plus, it actually was quiet at times, which is a rare treat. Enjoy the space, you will not regret it if hospitality and charm are at the top of your top of list when you travel."

"I hate to praise it because it’s my special secret in NYC. The staff are exceptional, from the bell boy to the Managers. Always remember returning guests and go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. Every amenity including gym, pool, spa, salon, 3 bars, restaurant and fantastic room service. Amazing experience for a short stay in NYC

"Awesome location, just a few minutes walk to 5th ave and central park. We stayed at higher floors, room was modern and spacious, and plenty of lamps in the room so we got the option to customize the lighting to our liking. Bathroom had Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus, the lighting was also good. Free bottled water provided. Hallway was quiet at night during our stay even though our room was right next to the elveator. Although we did only stay there during the week day. We got to check-in early and the process was smooth. Free lounge breakfast was included with our stay, although the choices were simple they were more than enough. Overall it was a very nice experience. "

I had a wonderful time and location is perfect.

"I just stayed there for 8 days, the location is perfect as my key objective for this trip is to watch many Broadways, it's just a few mins walk over there. The hotel is apparently new, contemporary, service is good, everyone is super nice and friendly. No kettle or slippers prepared in the room but you can ask for it, if you needed. "
