There should have been a clearer indication that we would have to pay an additional $150 authorization fee upon check-in. That is not something that can or should be in the fine-print, especially if it determines if someone will be able to stay in their already fully-paid $440 hotel room. Also, the woman at the front desk was very cold and stand-offish, not helpful at all when I asked about any amenities or what to expect with the authorization hold. I thought breakfast would be included, but it was an extra $14 /each. Not worth it. Our room had roach gel all throughout the drawers, that felt very unclean. If I had the option to cancel and get every penny back in that moment, and spend it elsewhere on a better hotel, I would have as soon as I came in contact with that rude receptionist. I wish I could fit everything in this review. Travelers don’t want these experiences after long train or plane rides at all, I know I didn’t. I don’t suggest booking with this hotel. I want my money back.
