「Room was quite cold but old windows can be draughty. Food was ok in restaurant but nothing special. Bath taps had lots of black stuff in one and the wall was peeking in the bathroom. There was also a long black hair in my bed. I didn’t complain as all minor things, could be a better stay with more attention to detail. 」

Receptionist accused me of not paying for dinner the night before where I had to provide a credit card statement as proof of payment as apparently the till receipt wasn’t suffice & the Waiter didn’t provide a pdq receipt. Fantastic facilities & grounds & felt very festive!」

「As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still. Also nice hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee.The beds were very comfy with nice pillows and they had very nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.I would definitely stay again」

「I booked this hotel for an early flight the next morning. It's so convenient being 19 mins from the Airport. We are a family with 12 year old twins. The room had a double bed and a sofa bed which was way to small for my children. We loved that the hotel has a swimming pool and it was lovely and quiet. It isn't part of the hotel so it does carry an extra charge. £19 per family. We ate in the bar for convenience and found the food okay and reasonably priced. It was very busy and we had to wait...
