「Great value for money & staff (from reception, cleaning and bar, everyone is very professional, friendly and helpful). This Villa is a bit retro but fully functional. Parking is 14 euros a day but worth the money as it is right in front of the villa and very safe. 「Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der Villa Subic. Die Umgebung ist sehr grün und nur 5-10 min Gehzeit bis zum örtlichen Strand. Der Garten und das Pool und die Ausstattung ist liebevoll gepflegt von den Besitzern. Auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist in dem schönen Garten und ein Spielhaus für Kinder. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet und mit Terrasse. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Dankeschön! 」

「Parking was a nightmare; not enough spaces, blocking or being blocked by others (once awakened at 6 am, once blocked by staff, also by a guest for an hour. Rooms were dank & humid, hiked 106 steps to go to breakfast. Laundry at harbor had no parking, only 2 machines. Charged for a "Superior" room. Ad said king bed. Had 2 uncomfortable twins. Nothing to recommend」
