「I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and...

「The hotel is located not far from the beach. The room was pleasant. It was sometimes a bit noisy at night, although the music usually stopped by 10pm. The breakfast was poor, not many options, but for the price, was acceptable.」
