"The place was nice and clean, but the problem was communication. We reached out to the Agent of the place regarding a WiFi and how to connect the tv as it is an old Sinotec smart tv, we only got the password from the lady and she ignored communications on how to connect the tv. She also ignored communication of where should we get the keys to the pool from. I even sent messages on the Hotels.com website to the property and nobody responded. "

"Very noisy throughout our stay. Doors banging , furniture moving around in units above , people speaking loudly made it difficult to fall asleep , running up and down the stairs. Unit was clean and spacious but the bed linen needs to be replaced..very old. Hats off to the staff member who checked our unit on departure...I left behind a few pieces of jewelry and she was honest enough to hand it over to me. Scenery excellent. "

"The apartment was clean but the actual beds were disgusting . They were like sleeping on a plank of wood . If one cannot sleep then the you have a terribble night . Paying good money to sleep on a hard piece of wood . This hotel needs to invest in comfortablw beds otherwise they should close down "

"Very pleased with the room and the surroundings. A suggestion would be to put candles or LED lights in the rooms, or link them to a generator, for loadshedding. With the ongoing crisis, i found the room very dark when i arrived (6.00pm). "

"This stay was a complete nightmare. The premier room we rented has not done any maintenance for the last 5 years. The state of the room was dismal. complete rubbish. I will email photos on demand, take this property off your list"

"The unit was fine. Nothing exceptional. It was clean, but the kitchen counters are badly stained. The bathroom is very small, no bath, the shower leaks, and the toilet needs replacing. Enough cupboard space in the bedrooms which was refreshing. The view is good, but you do look over the lifeguard's "container", which is not fantastic. Overall, you get what you pay for. "

"The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!"

"I spent one night at the Hilton and chose that Hilton because it was close to the cruise port where I was joining a ship the next day. The hotel arranged a driver to collect me from the airport who was exceptional. My luggage was lost and the flight was late and he waited for me and was absolutely charming.
