"I had the pleasure to visit the Catlins again this year so took the opportunity to stay agsin in Surat as well this accommodation. The owner very friendly & helpful. "We had a wonderful time in a very complete cabin. We could cook because of a good d fridge and cooking tools. The owner reacted adequately when another guest tried to claim our cabin., very late in the evening. And we saw 4 sea lions on the beach. We can recommendate this accommodation."

Great base camp for exploring the Catlins
"This was a great base camp for exploring the Catlins. Beds were clean and comfortable, although I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen before using it. The property was amazing! Beautiful views of the estuary, a peaceful place to walk in the mornings, and good view of stars at night."
