「Our recent stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly, everything look so clean our room was very spacious. The complementary shuttle was on time and was very nice the breakfast ready to go at 6am. Very nice hotel.」

「The check in staff was very nice and helpful. The property needs some work. Our toilet seat was broken and the shower leaked all over the floor when you take a shower and the hot water didn’t work at night in the shower. The patio door was not in working order. 「The service I received was excellent. The owner was very friendly and the cleaning lady cleaned my room, replaced clean towels and even washed the dishes for me daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The AC and WiFi worked really well. The room was a bit small and it wasn’t any sound proof at all. You can hear every sound clearly coming from the hallways or the parking. I was woken up daily by people talking.」

「This property was okay. Depending on what your plans are, the place was okay when it comes to convenience. It’s an average of $5.50 via uber to casco Viejo. My tours picked me up without any problems. The area is walkable and some of the popular cafes in the old town have chains within 20 minutes of the hotel. That was nice since I didn’t want to always go to the old town for a coffee. The mall is 20 minutes walking or 5 minutes drive. If you’re a solo traveler, this place is okay. No matter if...

「We traveled as 3 families with kids and had a good time at Riu Plaza. It is in a pretty central location of Panama City and there were many good restaurant and shopping options within 15 min walk. We felt safe walking at night. Uber is easily available and comes super fast. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. The 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby has good smoothies, coffee and bakery items. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on the food quality...
