「Before arrival we tried contacting the property to request an early check in. After an international flight you expect hotels to accommodate their guests as much as possible. Upon arrival we had to wait hours before they let us in. We knew the apartment was already clean and empty and other guests told us they made them wait until 3 as well although their rooms were ready and empty. Super bad administrative staff! Kiddos to the security guard and other staff who were very nice and patient with...

「Amazing location of the apartment and restaurant inside of the walled city. Great walkability and proximity to many other restaurants and boutique shops. Vivian was awesome helping us out with our bags and room while we stayed here. The A/C units were pumping the room full of cold air and it was great to get out of the heat. Food at the restaurant was immaculate, great pricing and everything we ate felt good afterwards and didn’t feel groggy or processed.」

「El departamento muy acogedor y limpio. La única situación que fue un poco incómoda es que los elevadores se dañaron constantemente y no había ventilación dentro de ellos. Además coincidió que habían llegado muchas personas para un torneo de baseball y estaba lleno todo el edificio y los elevadores colapsaban constantemente 」

「Viajamos a Cartagena para participar en una carrera de triatlon. El apartamento fue perfecto por ubicación, cerca del Centro de Convecniones, del centro comercial, un Olimpica y un Ara, su cocina de primera, habitaciones grandes, comodas y lilmpias cada una con su baño independiente, la nevera perfecta, el WI-FI muy regular, la television no sirvió. El ascensor es amplio y rapido. Excelente el ingreso autonomo. 」
