「The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN! 」

「It was very clean and customer service was good and breakfast was good and the lady that was helping in the kitchen was so nice and she kept the place well stock and the tables were clean and the floors ! The bedroom was very clean and the whole room was very very clean the bed was very very comfortable I slept so good!! 「The hotel was a nice space. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The house attendant for my suite was awesome! No major issue minor things that I’d let known to the staff hopefully they addressed them. But other than that great service 」
