The property is beautiful. The opportunity to pick a pool , quiet pool, party pool, activities pool, is fantastic. But, finding a chair is another story. Chairs are " saved" with towels, bags, or whatever.( Happens at the beach too) Often people would be gone for hours, their chairs being empty.
My biggest concern is wheelchair accessibility, I am in a wheelchair. The ramps around the property are extremely steep, I often had to hobble out of my chair and push it up the ramps. The adult area where I was staying had 3 ramps that I could not get up on my own. I can't imagine a senior making it up the ramps. Going down the ramps was equally difficult.
We also had a problem breaking big bills at the bank, bars and restaurants onsite. We'd ask the bartender to break a hundred, he'd said he only had 80, I'm assuming they hope we will the 20 for the tip, that should be my decision not his. So many days, staff missed out on tips because we were not leaving 100 pesos for a cup of coffee.
The food was good, service was good, cleanliness of the resort was amazing.
