The room was well appointed, clean and modern. The rain shower was especially nice. Communicating check-in/check-out process was flexible and easy. The elevator can be a bit tricky and there were some very noisy birds or geese near the property that woke us up early every morning, but other than that, it was comfortable and located near plenty of restaurants and bars.

Great Value, But Be Aware of Noise We stayed at Lofts on Basilio and overall had a decent experience. The price for the accommodation was excellent, especially considering the amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a major plus, and the blackout blinds for the large windows were a great touch, ensuring a good night’s sleep despite the bright surroundings. However, the biggest downside was the noise. We stayed in room 201, and our friends were in 102, both of which faced the street. The noise from outside was incredibly loud and constant, almost like it was coming from inside the room. The single-pane glass windows in rooms facing the busy street really didn’t help with soundproofing, which made it tough to rest. If you're sensitive to noise, I’d strongly recommend booking a room at the back of the building to avoid this issue. Overall, if you can handle some noise, the value, great staff, and amenities make this a solid choice. But for a quieter experience, definitely consider rooms away from the street.

Esta bien el establecimiento,solo que tienen muchas reglas, ejemplo si te pasas 5 minutos ,te cobran $200 pesos y deben de tener a una persona físicamente para cualquier inconveniente. De todo lo demás está bien además de la ubicacion

Appartement bien agencé situé à 10 minutes à pied de la plage Los Muertos, proche de toutes commodités, boutiques, resto, clubs… Tout se fait en autonomie (entrée et sortie), l’hôte est très réactif. Cependant, nous avions l’appartement « 101 » le moins chère qui se trouve directement à l’entrée de l’immeuble (donc bruyant, des boules quies sont à disposition en cas de besoin). On a été impressionné par le bruit le premier soir mais par la suite on s’y est habitué. Pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil léger vaut mieux prendre les autres appartements à l’étage qui doivent être sympa je pense. Un très grand lit King size très confortable, table, frigo, télé cafetière dans l’appartement, la déco est sympa de type industriel. Il dispose aussi d’une belle douche à l’italienne spacieuse avec des serviettes pour la plage. Un ménage quotidien est prévu, le rooftop intimiste avec une petite piscine et une vue dégagée sur la zone romantique pour profiter ainsi du sunset avec possibilité de commencer la soirée avec un barbecue. Je reviendrai certainement dans ce loft😉 que je vous recommande. Merci Sammy 😉

Llegamos a la 1 pm, pero como el checkin era a las 3 pm, querían cobrarnos un monto extra por “early checkin” aun cuando la habitación YA estaba lista, entiendo que sean sus políticas pero demuestran una carencia en el servicio al cliente. Una vez entramos encontramos que el baño estaba sucio, lo cual es un reflejo de bajas o deficientes técnicas de limpieza a sus instalaciones.ñ (foto). No volveríamos.

Not too happy about being given the wrong door code and trying to get ahold of the manager for 20 minutes then being hung up on. Cold showers and loud housekeepers. Nice roof deck though.

This place was great. I only needed to stay one night and it was perfect for that. The street can be a little loud but the location is great otherwise. It’s truly walkable to everything, especially the bars so if you’re looking for something convenient and close to PV’s gay nightlife, then this place is a great choice.

This was our fifth time staying in a condo in Puerto Vallarta and I can say that the Lofts offered the most unique vibe of all of our stays. It’s in a convenient location that’s walkable to everything you’d need. The colorful murals throughout the building invite the area’s culture inside. Our room was clean and well-maintained, and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Sammy was a great host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. In addition, the cleaning team was very friendly and did a great job maintaining the entire place. All in all, 5 stars for this one!
