「Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was a little challenging to find but it is in an amazing location right in the heart of Old San Juan. Be prepared for some stairs but our little patio was delightful. 」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Amazing Hotel staff ,location was right in the middle of Old San Juan. We walked everywhere we went. No elevator was a pain but manageable and very small rooms and bathrooms. Our door handle on the room was not secure and the bolts kept coming out of the door. Didn’t feel like our room was secure. 」

「The location is great. If you bring a car be aware of no parking, would have to locate parking on the street or pay. (Rented a car so I could travel outside of the island). My only issue was the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. The TV did not work either, not that I wanted to sit around and watch TV but would like to have it available. Overall this place is great. Gives you the PR living experience in the Old San Juan, and that's exactly what I wanted. 」
