I’ve never given a bad review on here but unfortunately Hotel Fiesta was very disappointing. I booked a room and got emailed the final price including taxes. When I checked in I got charged (Expedia doesn’t let me put the amount) but a lot more extra! Afterwards I realised this and as I was checking out I brought this up to the reception lady and she said that she had mistakenly charged us extra local taxes. Even though we were clearly from New Zealand! But she said there was nothing she could do about it (which she could all she needed to do was refund the extra amount) but instead to send an email to her manager to sort out. I have now sent 3 emails since then but have not had a reply. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest with their customers… at this point they are thieves for stealing money that isn’t theirs and not wanting to return it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! And also hotel looked nothing like the pictures in real life! Rooms were tiny and gross!! Even if this hadn’t happened the real rooms are not worth the super expensive prices!!

There was some initial confusion as the hotel check-in instructions stated someone with a name board would be waiting at the airport/ferry port but none was there - however there were plenty of taxis available and after a driver confirmed with hotel staff on a call that nobody had been sent specifically we were able to make our way to the hotel. The hotel is in a delightful quiet road within a short walk of most restaurants, shops and bars. The pool and sun lounger area is spectacular and the gardens beautiful and immaculately kept. Bed in the room was firm and comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked well. Room fixtures and bathroom fittings are basic yet clean - for a trip here however you will probably want to spend most of your time outside. Staff were friendly and helpful, front desk and breakfast staff spoke English fluently which was helpful. Would strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers.

Fantastic hotel. Central, excellent pool. Rooms a bit spartan but frankly never in the room. Excellent value and nice staff. Agave is a great Resto 100 meters away.

Beautiful pool area, even nicer than the photos show, which is why we chose it! Bar open 11-9 around the pool with reasonable prices. Very quiet and a very quick walk to town. It's also along the way to the Tortuga Bay walk (which takes about 40 minutes). We had a room on the higher floor which had a lovely view of the pool. The staff were very kind. Only downside was the breakfast; it was included, but not great quality (watery coffee, eggs, some rubbery cheese/ham along with eggs, fruit and too-sweet yogurt).

We enjoyed our 10 day stay at Hotel Fiesta very much. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the “to go” options. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and tour operators. The front desk staff and dining staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was a tad chilly for me, but the jacuzzi made up for that! We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Fiesta was great. The cute receptionist with the curly hair was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to know where the best sushi in town was and she pointed me in the right direction. She didn't disappoint because the sushi was great! The hotel is close to the bay where the shops, restaurants and water taxis are located which made our stay very convenient. The pool was a highlight for my daughter as well. Steps away from the lagoon and close to the check in for Tortuga Bay if you choose to walk there. I didn't get to do everything I wanted to in the Galapagos but I can say I would definitely stay here again and I hope to be back soon.
