"Our room was upgraded to suite. Hotel location is convenient. Just 1 min walk to line 14 - Pudong Avenue station. Room is very comfortable and spacious. One little issue is the room is pretty warm during winter season as only heating is provided. AC need to be turned off. Breakfast buffet is good with many varities. Room rate is very attractive compared to other similar quality hotel. Will stay in the same hotel for next visit. "
"Planned it as a relaxed trip and it did, comfortable beds made it even better. The higher level city views are marvelous , we enjoyed a lot. Drinking bottled water , personal cleaning products ( toothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush.. etc) are all in compliance with eco-friendly rules. Friendly and excellent services from all hotel staffs plus excellent location , closer to a tourist spot by walking around 18 minutes which is acceptable .Or hotel offer a free ride to wherever we wanna go with a distance within 2KM.

"Room is too expenciece for what you get. Very small. The paper came off the wall in many places . Matras not good . I slept a few hours and my back was broken. Prices of the food very high. There is no other option ´ outside ´o restaurats or shops. Hotel is only 10 min from airport entry with shuttle bus but thats the only positif i can find . Next time i will check other hotel near the airport. "
