「The rooms are clean and functional as the facility is primarily as a lodge for skiing and hiking. The staff was exceptional. We had purchased flowers as a gift for relatives and upon seeing us taking them to our room, the staff provided us with a vase to keep them in water until we were ready to deliver them. My room was with kind of kitchen, I do not understand why kitchen with sink, cooktop and all necessary dishes and even dishwasher but the most important thing like fridge was not there. 「When i booked the room, it says "deep bath and shower". When we get the room, there was only showercloset. This hotel have two two person room, one with "bath" and one with hot tub. So if you want bath, take room with hot tub or you get only showercloset. Location was nice, i liked that there was cows and other country animals. 」
