「Very peaceful, clean and comfortable...The inn was walkable to the harbor, shopping and dining. We just wish they had breakfast. We thought breakfast was included but found out before we got there that they don't serve breakfast during the week. There were breakfast options close by. 」

「My friend and I came up to Newport for the marathon this weekend and absolutely loved our stay at the Town and Tide Inn! It is a perfect location so close to the Cliff Walk (absolutely gorgeous sunrise strolls) and also walkable to downtown area! I would stay there again in a heartbeat! 「Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! 」
