「Staff were unresponsive to messaging as that was their chosen method of communication. Questions went unanswered. Sheets were damp. Too much scented spray of lavender? caused headaches at night. Like sleeping on a perfume bottle. 」

「We visit Cape Cod at least once a year and always stay here. It is cozy and quiet and just across the road from the visitor center. The new owners couldn’t be nicer and make us feel right at home. Why would we stay anywhere else?」

「The property itself was straight out of Kinfolk magazine. Just the most beautiful architecture with updated fixtures and modern bathrooms. Breakfast basket was lovely. Previously, we had always rented in S. Wellfleet or Truro only to drive every evening to Provincetown. This was the most relaxing vacation I have had in 30 years.」

「Great location and staff」

「Gary is a great host, and his team is very cordial. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio and the privacy of our large and nicely appointed room. Great location.」

「We HIGHLY recommend Joe and Steve's place...the scones are to die for, the rooms immaculate with comfortable beds, the entire place charming and Steve and Joe friendly, helpful hosts. The Inn is in the perfect part of town but just off Commercial st. so very very quiet. I can't think of a thing that would have made the stay better. I hope to visit PTown and Atlantic Inn again.」
