You have to pay a $300 holding fee (which you get back once your stay is over) once you arrive they don’t tell you that when you book..You have to call several times to get fresh towels and rags .. The room was clean and spacious. The toilet kept clogging up everytime you flush the maintenance ppl out and fixed it..

The room and property was clean and well maintained, the service and check in was great. The employees were friendly and were responsive. The only things that I didn’t like is that the fire alarm was broken, a bed leg was broken aswell. There were not enough toiletries specifically bathing soaps. The walls are thin aswell you might hear some noises but overall the experience was great. There is a event that happens every Thursday and is very noisy

Friendly staff. The property is next door to the Thursday night fish fry which is a must to do! Beach and shopping are not far away. Food at the restaurant was delicious!

Property and Mr. Grouper business are great. The area round it is a bit rough. Also, there are minimal other businesses available in the area. Most things are about 30 minutes walk away. The staff try hard, however, and, the rooms at lovely and very clean. thanks to Jane for all her work today on our behalf.

Absolutely loved my stay. Stayed for 5 days. Clean and Huge room, Friendly staff, 12 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to Grace Bay Road. And the restaurant attached was some the best food I had on the island. I will be staying there again

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled bleach/cleaning products and I was immediately at ease. I proceeded to check out the space and kept smiling. This was probably the cleanest little room I’ve ever stayed in. And that’s a lot coming from me. Mr Groupers employees are 1 in a million! They’re kind, friendly, helpful, fun to talk too. The food at the restaurant downstairs is a 10/10, the drinks are amazing! Lots of tourist visit this local restaurant. They are right next to the popular Island fish fry on Thursday nights which is another great experience. The popular Grace bay beach is only about 7-10min leisurely walk and you’re viewing ridiculously amazing turquoise water. They took a shot with me at the bar before I left and it was awesome! Don’t forget to check out their gift shop before you leave! I’d definitely recommend staying there as I will be back!
