「The hotel is new and up to date but the pool was not in serves. I checked in at 3 pm and when I went to my room it was still being cleaned. I was given a new room but it had no Kleenex. The Staff was very helpful in getting everything taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. 」

「Upon booking, on the amenities list, it stated that I could get a crib for infant and I didn’t get that. The room was not up to par. They could’ve vacuum it better. I had to push the second bed to the wall for my baby and you could see all the trash under the bed, the sheets was not properly clean. 」

「My friend and I traveled from TN to attend a Prince tribute event being held at the Victory Theater in Evansville. Our weekend stay at the Courtyard was great. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly service. However, we were disappointed on the knowledge of the ones tending the bar in the lobby. Seem to not understand or know how to mix a cocktail requested and had no clue what kind of wine to serve when asked. Bar service staff wasn’t great at all. 」

「The front desk employee went inside our room and took our dog to the front desk since she was barking (we were unaware that one of us needed to stay in the room, we had went next door to dinner for 30 minutes) and did not call until *after* they had done so. We were understandable to the policy, but the fact that they did not call first and after was infuriating. Luckily our dog is super friendly.」

「They have a decent breakfast every morning. The 2nd floor carpet is dirty, but they're putting new carpet in the rooms. Over all it's a really nice hotel.」
