「Our family stayed at the Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk this past weekend. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. The Staff were very helpful and respectful, especially in the restaurant area and the bellhop. I will definitely stay at the Renaissance if I visit the area again! Keep up the good work!」

「The only thing that I would recommend is that guests on the 2nd floor be reminded that there are people below them. Every night we could hear people walking, running and jumping around in the room above us until well after midnight. 「My second time staying at this beautiful property and just as great as the first time. Great downtown location near everything and I love the Lavazza coffee in the rooms. The beds are on the firm side but not uncomfortable. Also the bar has the best Old Fashioneds. I will definitely be back again.」

「Was greated by Karen at the front desk. Very kind and humble . Stayed there for 2 nights. The 2nd day housekeeping Angie cleaned the room. People working there are very nice. The area where the hotel is has Wawa near by and if u need to order food they were all 6 miles away but has variety. Yhw hotel has some construction going on but we had jo trouble .everythign was clean . Totall recommend it . 」
