When I checked in, I was told that there was a plumbing problem, so there was no water in the rooms. When I asked for a partial refund, I was told No, because I had already paid for the room. Really? I paid around $100 for this room, which should have included water. I was unable to flush the toilet, brush my teeth, or take my medicine since there was no water. I finally went back down to the lobby to ask for bottled water, which I was given, but not offered when I checked in.
I had planned on taking a shower and washing my hair, which didn't happen. I was able to take a shower in the morning, but not wash my hair because I had an early flight and there wasn't time for it to dry and no blow dryer provided.
The room was beautiful, but I am not happy with having to pay full price for a room with no water until morning. I was given two free nights of parking out of seven, but that was not acceptable for compensation.
I will be contacting the manager.
