Overall it was ok. 2nd time coming to this hotel. This time unfortunately 2 staff were not friendly/ professional. Receptionist check/ out was not really friendly. Our room was not ready by 2pm and had to wait 20-25min with a young child which was difficult. Receptionist was not really friendly/ professional. The 2 staff for dinner wete very friendly and nice making the dining experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately the lady at breakfast was unfriendly, and the way she spoke sounded like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. The cleaning staff were friendly. Location is great,very central, by the water and closed to everything. Our room.was clean and newly renovated

The room is relatively big, clean and the beds are comfy..we slept for one night, my wife did not find the bed is comfy but it was okay for me.. check-in/out was super easy and very well organised.. and i think overall was good place

We stayed for 1 night in a refurbished room. Clean room and nice bathroom. Had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Average food but the staff were all so nice. Conveniently located with plenty of parking.

We stayed for one night. The location is great. Amenities are good. But if you can call it a 2 star facility. It looks like it’s build in the 70’s and never changed….. carpet is still original and worn out. Bathroom shower with a curtain. Let’s say it’s old … very old.. And way overpriced…. Not worth the money.

The building is too old. Smell old, the smell of the old carpet is throughout, anywhere carpeted smells. So dated! The air conditioning is falling apart at least in our room. No sound proof or whatsoever, can hear every car drive through on the road and everyone who walk passes the corridor outside our room door. Also the mattress… from how many years ago? Can’t tell.. feel like poor quality or extremely old.. no support at all.. one good thing, it’s clean, staff has done a good job. Apart from the smelly carpet.. which I’m not sure if it’s clean.. it’s hard to find a place to stay during Christmas.. and for the price we paid.. I would never expect a smelly carpet like that.. or perhaps marketing should say it’s a vintage place.. not only the carpet is old… all the cupboards in the room are old, bathroom is dated too.. tap and mixer are wobbly .. ohhh the fridge is not even cool enough for Coke..

Nice hotel and renovated rooms. Good location and area, easy to walk around to town or clubs and restaurants etc. Both nights had Christmas parties on the deck area and grass at the front so guests at hotel couldn’t use or sit in that area. Saturday night many of the party guests and their kids were using the pool and unfortunately guests couldn’t really use it. Apart from that nice hotel.

We had a room with a river view on the ground floor and it was fabulous. We dined in the restaurant that evening and the food was excellent. Thoroughly recommend this resort

Looks good from the outside but the rooms are old and extremely worn out. There was a big dumpster outside our room so it looks like they are doing renos. Hopefully the upgraded rooms will be better. Pillows are too hard/full. Would be nice if they provided one soft and one full for each occupant to choose from.
