Renovations look nice enough. Clientele are loud, unstable, audibly fighting and blasting loud music day and night both in their rooms (you can hear EVERYTHING in the adjacent rooms) and outside our doorway specifically, for some reason. Staff elected to charge me $153 in "damages" for stains left by my partner's menstrual cycle; women beware. I'm pretty sure a bottle of hydrogen peroxide costs a few dollars at best. If I wanted to be more cynical, I might suggest this behavior is how they funded their renovations.
Located near some diners and a dollar store, convenient enough. Microwave, fridge, lots of power outlets and USB ports. Plumbing fixtures were... loose. If it weren't for the people, it'd be a decent place to stay a few nights.
