「I asked for early check in but didn’t hear back from anyone, so I arrived at 3pm to find early check in had been added without telling me, so I was almost charged for it. 「One of our rooms still had a discarded pizza box from a previous user still with food in it. Communal toilets are very old and battered. Some of the rooms we couldn't open the balcony doors. The restaurant staff gave the feeling that they didn't want to be there. The rooms, food and facilities from a comfort point of view are excellent and the reception chap we booked in with was absolutely brilliant and very helpful. Would stay again. 」
