「Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. 」

「Was not able to accomplish planned 100 ride due to fatigue. However the room was very pleasant and allowed for a great day of rest and recuperation. Hope to return someday to Pontresina to attempt the ride and when I do I look to once again staying at this great locale in the Engadin Valley. Thanks Hotel Steinbock for a great stay」

「The check in agent was kind and pleasant and my registration processes fast and smooth. The hotel is centrally located to the bus station which was super convenient for me. The hotel has few amenities other than dining, and the rooms are rather basic and small however that is all that I required for my short stay, and the price point matched my needs. Breakfast is included and the variety was very good, particularly the fresh pressed juices. However, the breakfast attendant was extremely rude....
