「Fab all round」

「Good location - staff friendly and helpful - room lightening very dull to read anything only bathroom light bright - no lifts only stairs - beds were small I was frightened to turn over incase I fell out of bed - seems an old building g needs a refurb to modernise it - windows didn’t open to stay open enough to get signing and radiators in a timer room very warm- otherwise it served the purpose glad we only stayed 1 night 」

「Great hotel and really friendly and supportive staff. Was going to have to work at times through the night and my request for late check out was met, however no payment required as the hot water was off for a short while. Second time staying there and won’t be the last.」

「Had a fabulous 2 night stay there for a friend’s birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful and excellent value for money. The room was very quaint and comfortable and the price included a fabulous cooked breakfast. Only minutes walk from town so perfect for exploring Chester. Overall a little gem.」

「We had such a lovely stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The restaurant itself was clean, warm and cozy, with a really inviting atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! Our dishes were well-prepared and full of flavour. It’s clear that a lot of thought goes into the menu and the ingredients. Also they do the best cup of coffee! We were pleased to find the rooms just as wonderful. Our overnight stay was comfortable and relaxing, with everything...

「Hotel located near old town and shopping center, very good food, great staffs especially Mat and Carry. But room is not clean enough.」

「Our stay was fabulous. The food is 12/10 We had our dog with us so we had to eat in the bar but it has a roaring fire and a lovely atmosphere and I’d argue this was the best seat in the house. Our room was in a little outbuilding and it was just perfect. Super quiet of a night too. The servers are all very young and the best and most smiley service I’ve had in a long time 」
