"Simple but good accommodations. Not fancy but the location is excellent. I booked last minute because I missed a connecting flight and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in light of my next stay. Guests can borrow beach chairs and towels at no charge. If you don’t have a hair dryer in the room, ask for one and they’ll have an extra at the desk. There is no real shampoo in the bathroom, however. You will need to buy or bring your own. "

"This property was really nice and close so that you could walk to restaurants and stores. Very clean and quiet. Only two suggestions....1. Update pillows and possibly mattress. 2. New procedure to open gates and doors is a 6 digit code. This is to help with security. But kids has access to the grounds and also can reach over the door and open it without the code. Not as secure as it should be. "

No, there are no cleaning services but that's because you are basically renting an apartment. Ours had all the amenities we needed. No W/D in our studio so we used the communal laundry room. I always find myself ubering from waikiki to...
